SHIPPING

  • What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the country and payment method. For more information, please consult the table in the shipping section. In case of exports and customs presence, timelines may vary. The BARRIERPLANET.COM Customer Service team monitors all shipments and intervenes to resolve any customs issues. For orders paid via bank transfer, processing times may be extended by an additional 48 hours to verify receipt of payment.

  • What are the processing times?

All our orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Should extra time be required to prepare the package in certain cases, our Customer Care team will notify you.

  • How is my order packaged?

The items you ordered will be carefully placed inside a protective box with a fabric pouch and an additional outer wrapping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • How can I track my order?

When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email or SMS with your order tracking number. To monitor the status of your order, you can visit the official website of the courier handling your shipment and go to the "track shipment" section, entering the tracking number provided by the courier when the order leaves our warehouse.

 

RETURNS

  • How can I return my order?

You have 10 days from receipt of your order to return the Product to our departure address. We recommend that you ship the return within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure it arrives back within the specified timeframe. You will receive assistance from one of our operators by writing to the email customer@barrierplanet.com, who will outline all the steps to successfully complete your return.

  • How are refunds processed?

Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund includes the full price of the Product but excludes shipping costs.

Return to the shop to select other products to add to your cart (if you wish to continue shopping). Once you have chosen the items you want to purchase, go to your cart for checkout. Log in or sign up if you haven't already. If you don't have an account, you can simply proceed as a guest.

  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Not necessarily; you can place the order as a guest by entering all the delivery and billing details. Alternatively, you can register by creating an account and logging in before checkout.

  • What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon arrival of the products at the warehouse within the time indicated on the item's purchase page. For pre-order purchases, credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.
